Q: How do I track my campaigns stats?
A: From your control panel, you have reports telling you the status of your campaign (pending, approved, suspended), as well as how many impressions/clicks have been delivered. You also have control over the hourly delivery traffic limit, so you can pace your campaign to your needs.
Q: How long will it take to complete my campaign?
A: All popunder traffic and email campaigns are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days, or we will refund your money on a pro-rata basis.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Our refund policy is with you, and states that we issue refunds for non-delivery only, and on a pro-rata basis. Since we pay webmasters for traffic that has been delivered, we only give refunds on traffic that has not been sent.
